1. Copy and paste the form into a folder to save on your hard drive, then fill it in ((highlight the ‘tick,’ √ and then copy (right click) and paste it into the appropriate boxes)). Then attach the document to your e-mail. Prior entry is mandatory, although entries may, at the discretion of the show secretary, be accepted before 9.30 a.m. on the 27th. Please e-mail the completed form to: malcolm.brownsword@tesco.net.
Alternatively, post your completed form to the Show Secretary: Malcolm Brownsword, 14 Manor Close, West Hagbourne, Didcot, Oxon., OX11 0NQ. If you wish to enter but are unable to attend on the day, and have not been able to get anyone to bring your entries along, please contact the Show Secretary, Tel. 01235-850668, who will do his best to locate a member willing to transport them.
2. On the day of the competition please pick up your entry cards from the Show Secretary or a Steward and then place your entries in the appropriate section on the show benches.
3. Note that Class 15, the Beginners’ Class, is for those who have never won a first prize in a Hardy Orchid Society Plant Show.
4.
Note
that class 16 is a non-competitive class. If you have entries for this
section, putting a tick here is not essential, but is encouraged in order to
give the Show Secretary a rough idea of what plants might be expected on the
day.
If you consider that some of your plants are not good enough for the
competitive classes, please consider bringing them along for this class.
5. Entries close at noon on Saturday 26 March 2010 at noon.
